Sizes and room positions follow the 2D plans. Three materials outside: off-white plaster, charcoal (stair tower, window frame, entrance, plinth) and warm wood. Every window top lines up at 7′0″, inside doors run full height, and the water tank sits in a plastered box on the roof.
Sky and sun are calculated for the plot's latitude in local solar time.
Turn on Structure (under Show) to see the 16 RCC columns, 12″ × 12″, and the beams at plinth, first-floor and roof level, with bars left out above the roof for a future floor. The structural engineer confirms the final sizes. Neighbours' houses, footings, wiring and plumbing aren't shown.
